How shipping works
- Pallet shipping — BC + Alberta: Flat $200 on orders $1,000 or more. We pack your gear on a pallet, fork-truck onto carrier, ship to your nearest depot or curbside.
- Local delivery — Kelowna: FREE on every order, every size. We deliver direct to your home or gym.
- Local pickup — 4-451 Adams Road, Kelowna: Order online, pick up at the warehouse. No fee. Open during regular hours.
- Across Canada: Canada Post for smaller items. Quoted at checkout based on weight + destination.
- Outside BC + AB on pallet? Email us at info@komodofitness.ca with your postal code and product list for a custom quote.
Why pallet?
Fitness equipment is heavy. Plates, racks, treadmills — courier rates on these items add up fast. By consolidating onto a pallet, you save hundreds compared to per-item shipping. For BC + AB orders over $1,000, you pay one flat $200 regardless of how much gear you’re moving.
